David Lynn Mobley, 71 of Brown County passed away January 26, 2018. David was born to the late Kenneth and Rosemary Mobley on January 28, 1946 in Franklin, Indiana. David enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, playing the banjo on the front porch, scrimshawing, and spending time with his family especially the grandkids.
David is survived by his wife, Theresa of 40 years; siblings, Linda Stringfellow, Kim Mobley, Sandy Phelps; children, Kelly (Karen) Mobley, Kris (Angela) Mobley, Tracy (Greg) Mobley; Grandchildren, Dereck Mobley, Chelsi Harper Mobley, Noe Mobley, Abby Harrison, David and Michael Mobley; five great-grandchildren.
David is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Thomas Joe Mobley.
Funeral service will be held at Faith Missionary Baptist Church Thursday, February 1 st at 5pm with
visitation starting at 3pm.
